"Metis" is 'Kouros' 3rd album and my 'Stefan Henegar' 4th album, I've been recording songs for "Metis" since the summer of 2011, and because I've had other albums come out since than, "Metis" is somewhat of a compilation of my musical life in that it has new versions of 2 songs from my 1st album "Kouros" 2 songs from my 2nd album "Beautiful Girl & The Iron Man" and 3 songs from my 3rd album "Echoes Off The Ice", there are also 11 completely new tracks including 2 covers.
